This Authenticity Guarantee & Product Verification Policy explains our standards regarding product authenticity, sourcing, inspection, packaging variations, and the process customers can follow if they have a concern about a product purchased from Scent Box.
1. Our Authenticity Commitment
Scent Box does not knowingly sell counterfeit, imitation, replica, or fraudulently branded fragrances as authentic merchandise.
Products represented by Scent Box as authentic are expected to be genuine products manufactured by, or for, the brand identified on the product.

10. Authenticity Concerns
